Forbindelser som representeres ved den generelle formel (I), eller salter derav: hvor R representerer et hydrogenatom eller metyl, R1 betyr et hydrogenatom, halogenatom, hydroksy, benzyloksy, amino eller hydroksymetyl, R2 betyr et hydrogenatom, hydroksy- metyl, NHR3, SO2NR4R4' eller nitro, hvor R1 er et hydrogen- atom, metyl, SO2R5, formyl eller CONHRS|, med R5 er lavere alkyl, benzyl eller NR4R4', og 4 og R4' kan være identiske eller forskjellige fra hverandre for et hydrogenatom, lavere alkyl eller benzyl, RS| representerer et hydrogen- atom eller lavere alkyl, og Rs representerer et hydrogen- atom eller lavere alkyl, n er l eller 2, og X er et sekun- dært nitrogenatom, oksygenatom eller svovelatom og, i til- felle at n er l, betyr en av R7 og R8 er et hydrogenatom og den andre er et hydrogenatom, amino, acetylamino eller hyd- roksy, eller, i tilfelle at n er 2, er R8 et hydrogenatom og R7 er et hydrogenatom, amino, acetyl amino eller hyd- roksy, og *1 betyr et usymmetrisk karbonatom og *2 og *3 viser at karbonatomet er asymmetrisk, forutsatt at R' og R8 ikke betyr et hydrogenatom.
