Abstract
Innretning for tilveiebringelse av ozon med en høyspenningskilde (1) og minst to i avstand til hverandre anordnede plateelektroder (5) med et derimellom anordnet dlelektrikum (6) for dannelse av minst en stromningsbane. Minst en av plateelektrodene (5) kan svinge. Plateelektrodene (5) består av to lag (3, 4) av elektrisk ledende materiale, idet minst ett lag (3, 4) kan svinge. Mellom de to lagene (3, 4) er anordnet materiale (2) som virker fjærende-dempende. De to lagene (3, 4) er festet for å muliggjøre svingning av elektrodene (5).
