Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain electric independency between conductive layers even when a high voltage pulse is applied to the conductive layers, by isolating the conductive layers on two FPC plates, connected to an electrode for voltage application, at a distance as wide as one ultrasonic oscillator. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic oscillator 24 has a grounding electrode 22 stuck on the top surface of an ultrasonic oscillator material 21 and a voltage-applying electrode 23 stuck on the reverse surface. Many ultrasonic oscillators 24 mentioned above are arrayed in parallel on the top surface of a packing material 27 across two printed FPC plates 26a and 26b. Then, the FPC plates 26a and 26b are interposed between the oscillator 24 and packing material 27 so that their end surfaces face at constant distance. On one lengthwise end surface of every other oscillator 24 and the other end surface, the electrode 23 and conductive layers 25 on the FPC plates 26a and 26b are connected together electrically by soldering. Thus, the conductive layers 25 are isolated at a distance as wide as one oscillator 24.
