Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid the occurrence of side lobe or spuriousness, by providing an electrode having the common potential to the other electrode between plural number of electrodes at one side. CONSTITUTION:Plural number of split electrodes are provided at the plus side of the piezoelectric plate 1 and then divided into two groups. These electrodes are connected with every second one. The electrode 3a in one group functions as a driving electrode; and the electrode 3b works as a vibration preventing electrode in the other group, respectively. The electrode 3b is connected to the common electrode 2 of the minus side of the plate 1 to secure the same potential. As a result, the mechanical or electrical supply of capacity is reduced to the adjacent electrodes, thus preventing the undesired vibrtion at the adjacent part.
