Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a vibrator whose characteristics never deteriorate even at a small intra-surface rotation angle, by devising the electrode structure of a crystal vibrator for a standard signal generator equipped with several crystal vibrators. CONSTITUTION:The boundary part between electrodes 19a and 19b is formed in a saw-tooth shape with an angle where an electric field will be applied in the direction of line A-A being shifted by an angle of (phi) to its width direction of line B-B. As a result, the electric field is applied nearly in a X-axial direction, and consequently (phi) is piezoelectrically considered to be zero. Then when two kinds of vibrators are made of one crystal plate, group 24 of vibrators is formed as usual and group 25 of vibrators is provided with the above-mentioned electrodes.
