Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a device to obtain plural resonance frequencies by forming plural capacitors on the substrate of the piezoelectric oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The opposing piezoelectric oscillator exciting electrodes 1 and 2 are provided on both surfaces of piezoelectric ceramic substrate 12, thus piezoelectric oscillator 21 being constituted. At the same time, capacitor electrodes 5-8 featuring different areas are provided in opposition to each other on the same substrate 12 in order constitute capacitors 22-24. When electrode 2 and 8 are connected together via connection line 4, element 21 is connected in series to capacitors 22-24 as shown in the figure. And the device featuring plural resonance frequencies can be obtained by selecting and combining terminals 9-11 properly.
