Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the frequency-temperature characteristics by using plural units or crystal oscillators featuring different oscillation modes in the parallel connection. CONSTITUTION:The driving electrodes opposing to each other are provided to each main face of AT-cut oscillator 1 and DT-cut oscillator 2 and then mounted to lead terminal 3a doubling the electric conduction and the support to be vacuum-sealed up. Then the AT-cut oscillator featuring frequency-temperature characteristics A is connected in parallel to the DT-cut oscillator featuring the frequency-temperature characteristics B. As a result, the temperature frequency featuring the less frequency change can be obtained as shown by dotted line C.
