Abstract

PURPOSE: A plurality of electrodes are provided on the one side surface of a high- polymer piezoelectric film and one electrode is provide on the other side surface so as to oppose to other electrodes and a plurality of conversion element parts that is composed of above electrodes are divided into 2 parts, thereby reducing the applied charge voltage to halt and eliminate pin holes.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality, e.g., two of electrodes 5, 5' are provided on the one side surface of high-polymer piezoelectric film such as polyvinly fluoride film 1 and on the other side are provided one electrode 6 so as to opposing to electrodes 5, 5'. A plurality of conversion elements that are composed of these electrodes 5, 5' and 6 are divided into 2 parts and electric voltages different in polarity are applied to each conversion element divided into 2 parts from direct power source 7, 7' to polarize them. Namely, the voltage of power source 7 is applied between electrodes 5 and 6 and the other voltage of power source 7' is applied between electrodes 5' and 6' to effect polarization.
