Abstract

PURPOSE:To form an ultrasonic probe easily and satisfactorily in a short time, by cutting the member of a vibrator so that the prescribed number of fine vibrating elements can be electrically connected to one piece of each pattern through the conductive adhesive material. CONSTITUTION:The packing material 2 is stuck to the member of the vibrator. And the printed board 3 is stuck to the material 2 so that the pattern 3b can be turned outside and also one end of each pattern 3b can be provided on the near-by position to the electrode surface 1b of the member of the vibrator. And the electrode surface 1b and the pattern 3b are connected by use of a conductive adhesive agent. The member of the vibrator is cut so that 5 fine vibrating elements 11 can be electrically connected to one piece of each pattern 3b through the conductive adhesive material 4. As a result, the electrode surface 1b of the vibrator group consisting of 5 vibrating elements, and each pattern 3b connected to the electrode surface are used as signal electrodes. In this way, a ultrasonic probe can be formed easily and satisfactory in a short time.
