Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate production and obtain a high-precision input board, by compounding one-dimensional resistors to form a two-dimensional resistor.
CONSTITUTION: Many parallel conductors 16 are provided on insulating substrate 15 which becomes a carrier, and homogeneous and uniform linear resistance layer 17 is connected to one end side of substrate 15, and electrode conduction parts 18 and 18'd are formed at both ends of layer 17. Meanwhile many parallel conductors 21 are provided on flexible insulating layer 20, and homogeneous and uniform linear resistance layer 22 is connected to one end side of layer 20, and electrode conduction parts 23 and 23' are formed at both ends of layer 22. Parallel conductors of these constitutions are superposed into a form where they are orthogonal to each other respectively, and substrate 15 and layer 20 are so assembled and connected that pressure- sensitive conductive rubber 19 where many metallic particles are dispersed in a rubber medium may be interposed between them. Then, input board 1 is constituted with electrodes 18 and 18' for the Y-axis coordinate side and electrodes 23 and 23' for the X-axis coordinate side. The power source potential of the input is taken out by a synchronous change-over switch, and X and Y coordinate axis potentials are taken out to the ground potential output terminal by a synchronous switch. By this lamination structure of one-dimensional resistors, complication and difficulty of production can be avoided.
