Description
Z er -0TX;
T1 er hydrogen eller -COT2;

Eksempel 4
Cytotoksisitet ble fastslått i HCT 116 og HCT VM46 humane tykktarmkarsinomceller ved hjelp av analyse med XTT (2,3-bis(2-metoksy-4-nitro-5-sulfofenyl)-5-[ ( fenylamino)karbonyl]-2H-tetrazolium-hydroksid) (Scudiero et al., "Evaluation of a soluble tetrazolium/formazan assay for cell growth and drug sensitivity in culture using human and other tumor cell lines", Cancer Res., 48, s. 4827-4833, 1988).
