Abstract
Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for fjerning av et eller flere tungmetaller fra industrielt avløpsvann med en membranseparasjonsprosess, spesielt følgende trinn med (a) oppsamle et industrielt avløpsvann inneholdende tungmetaller i en beholder;(b) justere pH til systemet for å erholde hydroksidutfelling ev tungmetallene i det industrielle avløpsvannet, (c) tilsette en effektiv mengde av en vannløselig etylen diklorid-ammoniakk polymer med en molekylvekt fra 500 til 10 000 Dalton som inneholder fra 5 til 50 mol-% dithiokarbamat saltgrupper for å reagere med tungmetallene i det industrielle avløpsvannsystemet, (d) føre det behandlede industrielle avløpsvannet gjennom en nedsenket membran, hvor den nedsenkede membranen er et ultrafiltreringsmembran eller en mikrofiltreringsmembran, og (e) eventuelt tilbakespyle membranen for å fjerne faste stoffer fra membranoverflaten.
