Description
1.以下の工程(1)〜(3)を含む、パラジウムおよびスズ並びにこれらの化合物を含有する酸性水溶液からパラジウムおよびスズを分離回収する方法。
(1)パラジウムおよびスズ並びにこれらの化合物を含有する酸性水溶液のpHを3以上とする工程
(2)工程(1)で得られたpH3以上の水溶液に、アルカリと、還元剤および金属捕集剤の少なくとも一方とを添加してpH6〜10とし、パラジウム含有沈殿物およびスズ含有沈殿物を形成させる工程
(3)工程(2)で得られたパラジウム含有沈殿物およびスズ含有沈殿物を固液分離して回収する工程
2.酸性水溶液のパラジウム濃度が0.01〜100mg/Lである、前記1に記載の方法。
3.アルカリが水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、水酸化カルシウム、炭酸水素ナトリウムおよび炭酸ナトリウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、前記1又は2に記載の方法。
4.工程(2)における還元剤および金属捕集剤の少なくとも一方の添加量が、パラジウム1モルに対して、0.2〜50モルである、前記1〜3のいずれか1に記載の方法。
5.還元剤が、ヒドラジン化合物、水素化ホウ素ナトリウム、亜硫酸水素ナトリウム、亜硫酸水素カリウム、亜硫酸ナトリウムおよび亜硫酸カリウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、前記1〜4のいずれか1に記載の方法。
6.金属捕集剤が、硫化アルカリ塩およびアルキルジチオカルバミン酸塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、前記1〜5のいずれか1に記載の方法。
7.工程(3)において、パラジウム含有沈殿物およびスズ含有沈殿物を膜ろ過法により固液分離する、前記1〜6のいずれか1に記載の方法。
本発明における工程(1)は、パラジウムおよびスズ並びにこれらの化合物を含有する酸性水溶液のpHを3以上とする工程である。
本発明における工程(2)は、工程(1)で得られたpH3以上の水溶液に、アルカリと、還元剤および金属捕集剤の少なくとも一方とを添加してpH6〜10の水溶液とし、パラジウム含有沈殿物およびスズ含有沈殿物を形成させる工程である。
本発明における工程(3)は、上記工程(2)で得られたパラジウム含有沈殿物およびスズ含有沈殿物を固液分離して回収する工程である。このような固液分離としては、公知の技術を適宜利用すればよく、特に制限されない。例えば、常圧ろ過、減圧ろ過及び加圧ろ過等の膜ろ過法、デカンテーション、遠心分離または浮上分離等により沈殿物を分離回収する方法等が挙げられる。
パラジウム濃度が1.6mg/L、スズ濃度が234mg/L、pHが2.47である酸性水溶液(原液)の100mlをビーカーに入れ、そこに、2%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を添加し、表1に示す各種pHの水溶液を調製した。pHは東亜ディーケーケー社製HM−31Pによって測定した。
実施例1〜9および比較例2〜5については、表2に示す酸性水溶液を用意し、表3に示すアルカリを用いて工程(1)を行った。続いて工程(2)により得た水溶液に対し、表4に示す各種アルカリ、還元剤、金属捕集剤を用いて工程(2)を行った。表4において、「−」は添加しなかったことを示す。

Claims (7)
- 以下の工程(1)〜(3)を含む、パラジウムおよびスズ並びにこれらの化合物を含有する酸性水溶液からパラジウムおよびスズを分離回収する方法。
(1)パラジウムおよびスズ並びにこれらの化合物を含有する酸性水溶液のpHを3以上とする工程
(2)工程(1)で得られたpH3以上の水溶液に、アルカリと、還元剤および金属捕集剤の少なくとも一方とを添加してpH6〜10とし、パラジウム含有沈殿物およびスズ含有沈殿物を形成させる工程
(3)工程(2)で得られたパラジウム含有沈殿物およびスズ含有沈殿物を固液分離して回収する工程 - 酸性水溶液のパラジウム濃度が0.01〜100mg/Lである、請求項1に記載の方法。
