Abstract

Utstyr for produksjon av aminer som består av en reaktor (11) for å utføre reaksjonen hvor en mono (lavere alkyl) amin (råmateriale (I)) med en alkylenoksid (råmateriale II)), en destilleringskolonne (14) for separasjon og gjenvinning 5 av ikkereagerte råmaterialer ved destillasjon fra produktet (12) dannet i reaktoren (11) hvis produkt inneholder ikke-reagerte råmaterialer, en ikke-vandig destillasjonskolonne (16) for fjerning av vann og en lett komponent (17) ved destillasjon fra reaksjonsproduktet (13) oppnådd ovenfor som er fri fra ikke-reagerte råmaterialer (15), og en 10 rensingsdestillasjonskolonne (18) for separasjon av reaksjonsproduktet (13 a) etter fjerningen av vann og den lette komponenten (17) til et objektivt reaksjonsprodukt (mono (lavere alkyl) mono-alkylalkanolamin) (19) og en rest (dimer, det vil si mono (lavere alkyl) (dialkanolamin) (20) ved destillasjon.
