Abstract
La invención se refiere a un proceso continuo para convertir material carbonáceo contenido en uno o más materiales de alimentación en un producto hidrocarburo líquido, los materiales de alimentación incluyen material carbonáceo que está en una mezcla de alimentación que incluye uno o más fluidos, los fluidos incluyen agua y adicionales compuestos orgánicos líquidos al menos producidos parcialmente por el proceso en una concentración de al menos 1% en peso, en donde el proceso comprende convertir al menos parte del material carbonáceo al someter a presión la mezcla de alimentación a una presión en el intervalo de 250-400 bar, calentar la mezcla de alimentación a una temperatura en el intervalo de 370-450ºC y mantener la mezcla de alimentación a presión y calor a los intervalos de presión y temperatura deseados en una zona de reacción por un tiempo predefinido; enfriar la mezcla de alimentación a una temperatura en el intervalo de 25-200ºC y expansión de la mezcla de alimentación a una presión en el intervalo de 1-70 bar, de esta manera provocando que el material carbonáceo se convierta a un producto hidrocarburo líquido y separar de la mezcla de alimentación convertida una fracción que comprende producto hidrocarburo líquido.
