Abstract
Izgudrojums attiecas uz rūpniecisko organisko sintēzi, respektīvi, uz fenolu ieguvi un uz izejvielu bāzes diversifikāciju to produktu ražošanai, kurus iegūst no fenoliem. Fenolu maisījumu iegūšanai saskaņā ar izgudrojumu izmanto lignocelulozes ātrās pirolīzes eļļu, un fenolu izdalīšanai lieto organisku šķīdinātāju ar labi izteiktu spēju šķīdināt fenolus, bet iespējami mazu šķīdību ūdenī un iespējami zemu viršanas temperatūru. Procesā ietilpst eļļas sajaukšana ar organisko šķīdinātāju, maisījumu organiskais šķīdinātājs/ūdens un ūdens/organiskais šķīdinātājs ekstrakcijas. Līdz šim piedāvātais organisko šķīdinātāju klāsts tikai daļēji atbilst izvirzītajām prasībām, tādēļ to vietā piedāvāts izmantot metil-terc-butilēteri, kuru līdz šim uzskatīja par nepiemērotu, bet kura izmantošana reāli nodrošina tīra fenola maisījuma ieguvi ar lielāku iznākumu, mazākiem organiskā šķīdinātāja zudumiem un mazāku enerģijas patēriņu tā reģenerēšanai.
