Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse beskriver en katalysator som kan anvendes i en fremgangsmåte for omdannelse av syntesegass, nevnte katalysator omfatter: a) en bærer bestående av en fast løsning inneholdende minst et første aluminatelement med en blandet spinellstruktur med formel MxM'(1-x)Al2O4/Al2O3.SiO2, x i området mellom og ekskluderende 0 og 1, eller av enkel spinellstruktur med formel MAl2O4/Al2O3 SiO2, nevnte bærer kalsineres i en minst delvis oksiderende atmosfære, ved en temperatur i området mellom 850°C og 900°C og b) en aktiv fase deponert på nevnte bærer, som inneholder ett eller flere gruppe VIII metaller, valgt blant kobolt, nikkel, ruthenium eller jern. Katalysatoren blir anvendt i et stasjonært sjikt eller suspendert i en tre-fase reaktor for hydrokarbonsyntese fra en CO, H2 blanding.
