Abstract
Prosess for laging av et fylt konfektprodukt, særlig et fylt sjokoladeprodukt, ved bruk av en modifisert enkeltskuddsprosess for å tilsette et fyllingsmateriale og et tildekningsmateriale til et forut laget skallmateriale. Den modifiserte enkeltskuddsprosess avsetter en spiselig fylling og et spiselig materiale i et spiselig skall som er produsert på forhånd. Fyllingsmateriale kan omfatte vannbaserte fyllinger og fettbaserte fyllinger. Det spiselige skall og tildekningsmateriale kan omfatte sjokolade, kandis, karamell, toffee eller lignende spiselige materialer. Enkeltskudds avsettingsinnretningen avsetter den spiselige fylling og det spiselige materiale hovedsakelig samtidig i det spiselige skall.
