Claims (6)
- 이당류, 당알콜 또는 이들의 혼합물 55 ∼ 65 중량%, 식물성 유지 34.5 ∼ 44.5 중량% 및 유화제 0.1 ∼ 0.5 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투명 쉘 과자용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이당류는 설탕, 유당, 트레할로스 및 말토오스 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투명 쉘 과자용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 식물성 유지는 코코아버터, 코코아버터 등가물(cocoa butter equivalent) 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투명 쉘 과자용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 당알콜은 말티톨, 락티톨 및 솔비톨 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투명 쉘 과자용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유화제는 레시틴, 슈가에스테르 및 지방산에스테르류 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투명 쉘 과자용 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 5 항 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 항에 의한 반투명 쉘 과자용 조성물로 이루어진 고형 쉘의 내부에 크림, 견과류 및 비스켓 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투명 쉘 과자.
