Abstract

Effektmateelementet (7) er anordnet mellom de individuelle skjæretrådpartier (2a) og de individuelle spoler (21), og de individuelle skjæretrådpartier (2a) er isolert fra hverandre ved hjelp av de individuelle spoler (21) på en høyfrekvensmåte. Som et resultat av dette blir det mulig å uavhengig påtrykke spenninger på de individuelle skjæretrådpartier, slik at utladninger kan genereres på en samtidig og parallell måte.
