Abstract
En fremgangsmåte for støping for å oppnå deler forsynt med innvendige hulrom eller hull, hvor hullene og/eller hulrommene oppnås ved legging inn i en form eller kokille, beregnet for å motta det smeltede metall, en eller flere kjerner laget av sand eller annet materiale, og hvor en hovedkjerne anvendes, realisert inn i en spesiell kjernekasse, langs en eller flere sekundære kjerner beregnet for å bli tilknyttet hovedkjernen, omfattende de følgende trinn: Overtrekking av minst en sekundær kjerne, bare i sonene og med mønstertykkelsen med et lag av materiale beregnet for å bli oppløst i kontakt med det smeltede metall, innsetting av de preovertrukkede sekundære kjerner inn i hovedkjernekassen som skal formes, forming av hovedkjernekassen, og innsetting av den monolittiske gruppe oppnådd ved det foregående trinn, bestående av hovedkjernen, av de sekundære kjerner og av det overtrukkede materiale som holder dem fast forbundet, inn i formen eller kokillen beregnet for å motta det smeltede metall. Kjernene som skal overtrekkes kan også være formet av hule innsatser (23) laget et varmeresistent materiale, fylt med sand polymerisert harpiks, hvor hulrommet representerer kjernemønsteret.
