Claims (10)

1. Fremgangsmåte til dannelse av et makroskopisk flatemøns-
ter med en mikroskopisk struktur, særlig en bøyningsoptisk virksom struktur, ved i et termoplastisk skikt (3) å inn-prege utvalgte flateområder fra en pregematrise ( 4) som har en mikrostruktur,karakterisert ved at det ved hjelp av en strålekilde (12) foretas oppvarming av et i dens brennpunkt (14) liggende, tilnærmet punktformet flateelement av det termoplastiske skikt (3), slik at pregematrisens (4) mikrostruktur bare innpreges plastisk i dette flateelement og at flatemønsteret sammensettes av flere slike flateelementer.
2. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1,karakterisert ved at et pregetrykk utelukkende dannes i området ved brennpunktet (14).
3. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 2,karakterisert ved at pregetrykket dannes i området ved brennpunktet (14) ved hjelp av et stempel (5; 5') med konveks overflate.
4. Fremgangsmåte ifølge et av kravene 1-3,karakterisert ved at det ved kontinuerlig forskyvning av pregematrisen (4) og det termoplastiske skikt (3) i forhold til brennpunktet (14) innpreges sammenhengende båndformede flateområder av pregematrisens (4) mikrostruktur .
5. Fremgangsmåte ifølge et av kravene 1-3, karakterisert ved at det termoplastiske skikt (3) ved utkoblet strålekilde (12) og opphevet pregetrykk forskyves trinnvis i forhold til brennpunktet (14).
6. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 5, karakterisert ved at pregematrisen (4) dreies eller utskiftes ved forskyvningen.
7. Fremgangsmåte ifølge et av kravene 1-6, karakterisert ved at det ved hjelp av en optoelektronisk føler (23) avføles et mønsterforbilde (21), at pregematrisen (4) og det termoplastiske skikt (3) forskyves synkront dertil, i forhold til brennpunktet (14) og at strålekilden (12) styres slik i avhengighet av følerens (23) utgangssignal, at pregematrisens (4) mikrostruktur bare innpreges på tilsvarende steder av skiktet (3) når den lokale reflektivitet for mønsterforbildet (21) overskrider en forutbestemt verdi.
8. Innretning for gjennomføring av fremgangsmåten ifølge et av kravene 1-7, med en plan, stiv trykkplate (1), et substrat (2) med et termoplastisk skikt (3), en pregematrise (4) og et stempel (5; 5 ' ) , - karakterisert ved at trykkplaten (1) og substratet (2) er transparent, at det på den motsatt til stempelet (5; 5') liggende side av trykkplaten (1) er anordnet en strålekilde (12), hvis brennpunkt (14) oppvarmer et tilnærmet punktformet flateelement på det termoplastiske skikt (3), at stempelet (5; 5'.) har en konveks overflate og utelukkende i området ved brennpunktet (14) danner et pregetrykk og at pregematrisen (4) og det termoplastiske skikt (3) er forskyvbart anordnet i forhold til brennpunktet (14) og stempelet (5; 5') i et til det termoplastiske skikt (3) parallelt plan.
9. Innretning ifølge krav 8, karakterisert ved at stempelet (5) består av en kuleholder (15) og en kule (16), at kulen (16) er anordnet i et sylindrisk rom (17) i kuleholderen (15) og at det sylindriske rom (17) er tilsluttet over en trykkluftledning (18) til en trykkluftkilde (20).
10. Innretning ifølge krav 8 eller 9,karakterisert ved at det er anordnet en forskyvningsenhet (24), som fører en optoelektronisk føler (23) over et mønsterforbilde (21) og synkront dertil forskyver pregematrisen (4) og det termoplastiske skikt (3) i forhold til brennpunktet (14) og stempelet (5; 5'), og at den elektriske utgang fra føleren (23) er forbundet med en styreinngang (29) på en modulator (10) for energien til den fra strålekilden (12) utgående stråle.
