Description

Anordning ved høydegravemaskin.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en anordning ved høydegravemaskiner, fortrinnsvis beregnet for graving i fjell, om-fattende en graveskuffe som kan manøvre-res ved hjelp av heiswirere, bom og skaft, hvor heiswirene virker over trinser, hjul eller lignende, som er anordnet i den øvre ende av et åk, som i sin nedre ende er svingbart anordnet på en bøyle, på hvilken graveskuffen er svingbart lagret i et punkt, som ligger bak dens tyngdepunkt, slik at graveskuffen ved tømming tipper fremover.
Ved denne type gravemaskiner har graveskuffen tidligere vært bunntømmen-de, dvs. graveskuffen har i bunnen vært utstyrt med en svingbar plate som ved tøm-ming frigjøres ved hjelp av en forskyvbar rigel. Lasten har da passert gjennom skuffen, i den grad stykkestørrelsen på lasten har vært slik at den har kunnet passere. Etter som gravemaskiner av denne type fortrinnsvis er egnet og benyttes for graving i fjell vil det lett innses at når spreng-ningsarbeidet resulterer i større blokker vil det oppstå alvorlige problemer etter som disse blokker ikke kunne passere gjennom graveskuffen, men holdes fast i denne.
Denne ulempe unngås ved foreliggende oppfinnelse. Da den sten som gripes ikke skal passere gjennom graveskuffen, opp-står det ikke noe problem med bortskyvning av festnede blokker o.l. Graveskuffen er svingbart lagret i en bøyle i et punkt som ligger bak dens tyngdepunkt. Graveskuffen vil da søke å tippes fremover selv når den er tom. Når graveskuffen er lastet økes denne tendens ytterligere, da lasten fortrinnsvis havner i den fremre del av graveskuffen. Låseorganet består av en eller flere fjærbelastede låserigler som ved låsing er trykket inn i tilsvarende låsehaker i den bakre ende av graveskuffen. Det særegne ved oppfinnelsen består i at graveskuffen på undersiden er utstyrt med foringer, langs hvilke låseriglene løper etter at de er fri-gjort fra låsehaken ved graveskuffens tømme- eller tippe-bevegelse. Derved opp-nås en enkel og forstyrrelsesfri låseanord-ning som er funksjonssikker selv under vanskelige driftsforhold.
En utførelsesform for oppfinnelsen skal nedenfor forklares under henvisning til vedføyede tegning. Fig. 1 viser et sideriss av graveskuffen. Fig. 2 viser graveskuffen sett fra opp-siden. Fig. 3 viser et detalj riss av graveskuffens opphengning.
Graveskuffen 1 er svingbart lagret ved 2 i en bøyle 3, som er sveiset fast til den
ytre ende av skaftet 4. Graveskuffens tyngdepunkt er betegnet 23. Ved skaftets ytter-ende er også låseorganet 5, som består av låserigler som kan skyves inn i låsehaken 6, anordnet. Låseriglene holdes i innskutt stilling ved hjelp av fjæren 7, som er forank-ret mot en klakk 8. Låseorganet frigjøres gjennom trekk i wiren 9, som er festet i en løftearm 10, som svinger om en akseltapp 11, Ved trekk i wiren 9 følger låseriglene med bakover slik at graveskuffen frigjøres fra sin låste stilling og derved tipper fremover. Så snart trekket i wiren opphører bringes
låseriglene til fremskutt stilling ved hjelp av fjæren 7 og kommer da til å gli mot føringer 12 som er anordnet på graveskuffens underside. Når graveskuffen er tømt for sitt innhold, føres skuffen ytterligere noe nedover og bakover slik at dens tyngdepunkt kommer rett under låseorganet og låsehaken. Låseriglene kommer da til å smette inn i låsehaken og således låses, hvoretter graveskuffen er klar for ny ak-sjon.
Bøylegrenene 3 er utstyrt med feste-ører 13, i hvilke et åk 14 er dreibart anordnet. I åkets øvre ende er det anordnet hjul 15 om hvilke det løper heiswirere 16.
Graveskuffelageret består av en knekt 17, som er fastsveiset på graveskuffens si-devegg 18. Knekten 17, bøylegrenen 3 og sideveggen 18 har hull 19, 20, henhv. 21, gjennom hvilke en bolt 22 er ført.

Claims (1)

  1. Anordning ved høydegravemaskin om-fattende en graveskuffe som kan manøvre-res ved hjelp av heiswirer, bom og skaft, hvor heiswirene virker som trinser, hjul eller lignende, som er anordnet i den øvre ende av et åk, som i sin nedre ende er svingbart anordnet på en søyle, på hvilken graveskuffen er svingbart lagret i et punkt, som ligger bak dens tyngdepunkt, slik at graveskuffen ved tømming tipper fremover, og hvor fjærbelastede låserigler er anordnet på den ytre ende av skaftet for låsing av graveskuffen i gravestilling, hvilke låserigler frigjøres ved hjelp av en løfte-arm som påvirkes over en wire, karakterisert ved at graveskuffen (1) på sin underside har føringer (12) langs hvilke låseriglene (5) løper etter frigjøring ved graveskuffens tømme- eller tippebevegelse.
