Description
Platebøyemaskin.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en platebøyemaskin med en overvalse og to drevne undervalser. Slike platebøyema-skiner blir i utføring som såkalte symme-triske trevalsemaskiner i det vesentlige brukt til fremstilling av sylindriske rørav-snitt. Ved disse kjente maskiner er undervalsene opplagret i faststående lagre, mens overvalsen for det meste er parallell f orstill-bar med seg selv for innstilling av bøye-radius. Fremstillingen av et kjegleformet røravsnitt med slike maskiner er i praksis vanskelig å gjennomføre og kan gjennom-føres bare under anvendelse av mange kor-reksjoner, hvorved man dessuten ikke får en geometrisk fullstendig kjeglemantel. Derfor har det for fremstilling av slike kjeglef ormede røravsnitt allerede vært bygget fire-valsemaskiner eller usymme-triske tre-valsebøyemaskiner, hvilke maskiner imidlertid bare muliggjorde fremstillingen av en bestemt kjegle, slik at maskinen bare tilnærmet oppfylte de geometriske betingelsene til kjeglemantelen ved omstilling til en annen kjegleform, slik at også den med slike maskiner tilveiebragte kjegle ikke var fullstendig og derfor måtte korrigeres. På grunn av disse mangler blir kjegleformede røravsnitt for det meste fremstilt ved hjelp av andre fremgangs-måter. Mest vanlig er den diskontinuerlige bøying etter tegnede kjeglegeneratriser, hvor man imidlertid ikke får en ekte kjegle, men en mangekantet pyramide-'ifcump, og dessuten tillater denne frem-gangsmåte bare små arbeidshastigheter.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en platebøye-maskin med en overvalse og to drevne undervalser og er kjennetegnet ved kombinasjonen av følgende trekk: at lagringene til undervalsene uavhengig av hverandre er forskyvbare i et horisontalt plan og er anordnet forstillbare skrått i forhold til hverandre, hvorhos overvalsen på i og for seg kjent måte er ført i forstillbare lagre, og det fortrinnsvis mellom undervalsene er anordnet en påløpsanordning for en kjegleformet rørdel. Ved summen av de forskjellige kombinasjonstrekk oppnås det en ny virkning. Idéen bak oppfinnelsen be-står i at alle tre valsene i maskinen er forstillbare i forhold til hverandre, og det er den særskilte reguleringsmulighet som tillater at valsenes berøringslinjer med en kjegleformet rørdel blir geometrisk rik-tige, slik at det på en skikkelig måte kan tilbøyes en kjegle. Den i og for seg kjente påløpsinnretning forhindrer en forskyv-ning av det kjegleformede rør. Med de i og for seg kjente innretninger kan man i beste tilfelle bare bringe valsene i riktig berøring med en eneste kjegleform, slik at det ved en bestemt platetykkelse bare kan foretas én geometrisk riktig forming av en eneste kjegle. Ved alle andre innstillinger vil man bare få tilnærmede løsninger. Det er kjent en bøyeinnretning hvor man kan fremstille kjegler, men de to undervalser er sammenkoblet med stive forbindelser slik at altså deres innbyrdes avstand er konstant og dessuten er overvalsen fast. Ved en annen kjent innretning er det anordnet en fast overvalse og regulerbare undervalser, men reguleringen av undervalsene skjer i det vesentlige bare i høy-den og mot hverandre, slik at man ikke har de innstillingsmuligheter som oppfin-nelsens gjenstand byr på. Hovedhensikten med denne sistnevnte kjente innretning er å kunne bøye og rulle inn forskjellige tykke platerør.
Det er også kjent en utførelse hvor man har undervalser som bare kan regu-leres i høyden, og denne utførelse kan altså ikke sammenlignes med foreliggende oppfinnelse. Ved denne utførelse får man en konisk innrulling ved at man bremser platen ved hjelp av egne friksjonsorgan i den ene ende, men i praksis er et slikt til-tak ikke tilstrekkelig kontrollbart til å kunne gi brukbare resultater.
Ved hjelp av utførelsen ifølge oppfinnelsen er det mulig å anvende maskinen såvel til fremstilling av sylindriske som til fullverdig kjegleformede avsnitt, hvorved fremstillingen av kjegleformede avsnitt kan skje nøyaktig etter mantelge-neratrisen til den ønskede kjegle på grunn av at undervalsene kan forstilles, slik at det kan tilveiebringes en geometrisk fullstendig kjegleform, som ikke behøver å korrigeres. Ved hjelp av påløpsanordningen kan forskyvninger av det kjegleformede avsnitt, hvilke forskyvninger ellers opp-trer ved begge kanter på grunn av det kjegleformede avsnitts forskjellige om-kretshastigheter, forhindres. Ved hjeip av påløpsanordningen er det dessuten mulig å foreta en innstilling av avsnittets kant-avstand fra kjeglens geometriske spiss.
På tegningen er oppfinnelsen vist rent skjematisk.
Fig. 1 og 2 viser valsene og et kjegleformet avsnitt i en platebøyemaskin, sett i grunnriss og sideriss.
Maskinen har to drevne undervalser 1, 2 som er lagret i lagrene 3, 4, hvorhos lagrene kan beveges sideveis og ved hver av de to valsene 1, 2 kan de forskyves uavhengig av hverandre. En overvalse 5 i maskinen er likeledes lagret i forstillbare lagre 6. Mellom de to undervalser 1, 2 er det anordnet en kjent påløpsordning 7, som likeledes er forstillbar. Ved hjelp av sym-metrisk skråstilling av undervalsene 1, 2 og tilsvarende innstilling av overvalsen 5 kan valsene bringes til dekning med de geometriske generatriser til enhver ønsket kjegle, slik at en mellom valsene innført plate 8 kan valses eller bøyes til et kjegleformet avsnitt 9. Påløpsanordningen 7 be-stemmer derved avstanden mellom av-snittskanten 10 og den geometriske kjegle-spiss og forhindrer en avsnittsbevegelse i valsenes lengderetning, en bevegelse som ellers ville oppstå på grunn av de forskjellige avsnittshastigheter ved de to kanter 10, 11.

- Platebøyemaskin med en overvalse og to drevne undervalser, karakterisert ved kombinasjonen av følgende trekk: at lagringene (3, 4) til undervalsene (1, 2) uavhengig av hverandre er forskyvbare i et horisontalt plan og er anordnet forstillbare skrått i forhold til hverandre, hvorhos overvalsen (5) på i og for seg kjent måte er ført i forstillbare lagre (6), og det fortrinnsvis mellom undervalsene er anordnet en påløpsanordning (7) for en kjegleformet rørdel.
