Abstract

Un aparato en un sistema de control electronico permite dos o tres operaciones de cableado. Un suministro de energia puede suministrar energia al circuito cerrado en las dos y tres instalaciones de cableado. Se utilizan dos detectores transversales cero separados de modo que puede colectarse la informacion de sincronizacion en las dos y tres instalaciones de cableado. Ambos detectores transversales cero son monitoreados y se utilizan para configurar automaticamente el control electronico. Sobre los circuitos de voltaje detecta una condicion de sobre voltaje a traves de un MOSFET que se encuentra en estado de apagado y lo prende el MOSFET de modo que si se desea no alcanzara la reg8ion de avalancha. Se detecta los circuitos con sobre corriente cuando la corriente a traves de los MOSFETs ha excedido un umbral de corriente predeterminado y luego apaga los MOSFETs de modo que no exceden la curva del area de operacion segura (SOA) de los MOSFETs. Los circuitos de cerrado se emplean para mantener los circuitos de proteccion en efecto aun despues de haberse observado una condicion de falla. Los circuitos de cerrado se utilizan para prevenir que un circuito de proteccion se bote despues de que otro circuito haya ya botado a partir de la condicion de falla. La salida de los circuitos de proteccion esta configurada convenientemente de modo que pueden desviarse y pasar por encima de la impedancia normal de encendido y apagado y actuar virtualmente de forma directa en las entradas de los MOSFETs. De preferencia, el sistema tiene un suministro de energia de tipo interruptor, de alta eficiencia, en paralelo con un dispositivo controlablemente conductor de baja frecuencia.
