Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento de produccion (1) para la produccion de productos planos tambien de mayor espesor a partir de desbastes o placas fundidas continuamente de espesor grande o medio, o a partir de desbastes delgados en una instalacion de produccion. Esta consiste de un laminador de desbaste (4) de una o varias armaduras o cajas, una via de rodillos (3) para el transporte de los articulos laminados y dado el caso para la oscilacion, una seccion (5) de via de rodillos, con tapas de cubierta aislantes del calor, engoznadas o abisagradas, una unidad (6) de enderezado o alineamiento para enderezar las pre-tiras, una instalacion de calentamiento (7) especialmente inductivo para el calentamiento controlado de las pre-tiras a una temperatura definida sobre la longitud y anchura de las pre-tiras, un tren de acabado (10) de varias armaduras, una via de rodillos de salida con dispositivos (11) para el enfriamiento de las tiras laminadas calientes asi como maquinas (12) arrolladoras colocadas posteriormente para el arrollamiento de las tiras terminadas. En el laminador de desbaste (4) de una o dos armaduras, se laminan uno o varios desbastes a partir de acero al carbon con un contenido medio de carbono de aproximadamente 0.2 hasta 0.8% o aleaciones de acero de cementacion o acero para temple y revenido, en la via (3) de rodillos para obtener una o varias pre-tiras. El laminado se realiza en dos etapas con una pausa entre las mismas para efectuar un enfriamiento inmediato por oscilacion. Las pre-tiras se calientan a traves de la accion combinada de las tapas de cubierta articuladas y la instalacion de calentamiento, a una temperatura definida sobre la longitud y anchura de las mismas, y se laminan en un tren de acabado (10) de varias armaduras en una region de dos fases, para formar tiras acabadas de alta resistencia, delgadas.
