Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con un metodo para fabricar un rotor empaletado integralmente el cual comprende proporcionar una seccion de cubo, formada preferiblemente de una aleacion basada en titanio, y una soldadura de un ala delgada, tambien formada preferiblemente a partir de una aleacion basada en titanio, a la seccion de cubo. El metodo comprende ademas envejecer parcialmente y enfriar la seccion de cubo antes de soldadura y envejecer el ala delgada y la junta de soldadura entre el ala delgada y la seccion de cubo subsecuente a la soldadura. La etapa de envejecimiento posterior a soldadura preferiblemente se lleva a cabo utilizando un dispositivo de calentamiento de ala delgada local encapsulado novedoso que tiene una pluralidad de elementos de calentamiento tejidos dentro de una chaqueta elaborada de un material de tela resistente a alta temperatura. El metodo de la presente invencion tambien se puede utilizar para reparar rotores empaletados integralmente.
