Abstract
Способ изготовления полой лопатки для газотурбинного двигателя, которая содержит ножку и перо, включает стадию изготовления двух внешних деталей (14), а также стадию соединения диффузионной сваркой этих двух внешних деталей для получения заготовки лопатки. При этом стадия изготовления двух внешних деталей включает для каждой из этих деталей такие операции: - изготовление ковкой первичного элемента (28), который образует часть внешней детали, предназначенную, по крайней мере, для пера лопатки; - изготовление ковкой, по меньшей мере, одного вторичного элемента (34), предназначенного для образования, по меньшей мере, частично, части внешней детали, предназначенной для ножки лопатки; и - соединение каждого вторичного элемента с первичным элементом для получения внешней детали.
