Claims (8)
- ターボ機械ファンブレード(1)のための前縁部(14)を製造するための方法であって、
周縁部によって範囲が規定されるキャビティであって、周縁部が強化縁部(14)含むキャビティ(20)を備えるエンベロープ(16)を製造する工程と、
強化前縁部(14)を抜き取るためにエンベロープ(16)を切り取る工程とを含む方法。 - エンベロープ(16)の製造が、
主要部品(26、28)を作る工程と、
主要部品(26、28)のプリフォーム(30)への拡散接合工程と、
プリフォーム(30)をガス圧力で膨張させ、かつエンベロープ(16)を超塑性成形する工程とを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 拡散接合の後に、プリフォーム(30)を曲げかつねじるための工程をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 単一の操作で拡散接合に組み合わされた曲げかつねじることを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 拡散接合、曲げ、およびねじりが、単一の操作で膨張および超塑性成形と組み合わされた、請求項4に記載の方法。
- レーザ切断および/または高圧ウォータジェット切断が使用される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- エンベロープ(16)の切り取りの結果得られる強化縁部(14)を機械加工するための工程をさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ターボ機械のファンブレード(1)を強化するように、2つのリップにより拡張された中実部品からなる、強化前縁部および/または後縁部(14)を製造するための超塑性成形を伴う、拡散接合プロセスの使用方法。
