Abstract

Pour réaliser un bord de fuite fin qui ne soit pas déformé par une opération de retrait matière ultérieure sur une aube de turbomachine réalisée selon la technique de la fonderie à la cire perdue et comportant une pale ayant un bord d'attaque et un bord de fuite opposés l'un de l'autre et reliés par une paroi intrados et une paroi extrados s'étendant entre un pied d'aube et une tête d'aube, il est prévu qu'un aubage brut de fonderie de cette aube comporte, sur une paroi extrados (240) et/ou une paroi intrados (220) de cet aubage destinées à former respectivement la paroi extrados et/ou la paroi intrados de l'aube, une surépaisseur (210) s'étendant sur une largeur déterminée depuis un bord de fuite de l'aubage (200) destiné à former le bord de fuite de l'aube en direction d'un bord d'attaque de l'aubage destiné à former le bord d'attaque de l'aube, à l'exception d'une zone réservée (250) adjacente au bord de fuite de l'aubage et large d'au moins un rayon du bord de fuite de l'aubage, sur au moins une partie de la hauteur de l'aubage.
