Description
Claims (13)
- ターボ機械羽根車(100)用のブレード(10)であって、
圧力面(56)、吸引面(58)、後縁(54)および前縁(52)を備えて形成されたエアロフォイル(50)を含み、
ブレードがさらに、
エアロフォイルの長手方向に対して全体として直交する方向に、エアロフォイルの末端の1つに延在するプラットフォーム(60)を含み、
ブレード(10)が、複数の実質的に同一なブレードと共に配置されて、リング中心軸(A)の周囲にリングを形成し、それに沿って上流および下流方向を画定するようになされ、リングがその中で実質的に放射状に配置されたエアロフォイルを備え、
前記ブレードは、プラットフォーム(60)の表面で曲線により構成され、吸引面(58)からほぼ一定の間隔を空けて、吸引面(58)の近傍または吸引面(58)から短い距離の位置を延伸する吸引面プロファイル(80)が、軸方向でエアロフォイル(50)の上流半分に位置する第一陥没部(F)と、軸方向で前記第一陥没部の下流に位置する第一突起状部(G)とを有し、
それぞれエアロフォイルの上流および下流の付近にあり、リング中心軸(A)に対して直交するリング状に組み立てられたブレードのプラットフォーム面の断面が、上流中心円(14)および下流中心円(15)を画定し、これら2つの円が、リング中心軸(A)と同軸な円錐(16)を画定し、
前記第一陥没部(F)が、前記円錐に対してくぼんでおり、
前記第一突起状部(G)が、前記円錐に対して突出していることを特徴とする、ブレード。 - 圧力面(56)に沿ったプラットフォーム(60)の表面の圧力面プロファイル(85)が、軸方向で主にエアロフォイル(50)の上流半分に位置する第二突起状部(H)を有する、請求項1に記載のブレード。
- 前記第二突起状部(H)が、軸方向でエアロフォイル(50)の四分の三を超えて延在する、請求項2に記載のブレード。
- 前記第二突起状部(H)が、軸方向でエアロフォイルの0から50%の間に位置する、請求項2に記載のブレード。
- 前記第一陥没部(F)が、軸方向でエアロフォイル(50)の0から40%の間に位置する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- 前記第一陥没部(F)の底点が、エアロフォイル(50)の12%から35%の間に位置している、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- 前記第一突起状部(G)が、軸方向でエアロフォイル(50)の40から80%の間に位置する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- 圧力面(56)に沿ったプラットフォーム面(62)の圧力面プロファイル(85)が、軸方向でエアロフォイルの60%から100%の間にある第二陥没部(I)をさらに有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- プラットフォーム面(62)が、軸方向でエアロフォイルの約75%に位置するエアロフォイルの圧力面側の回転面領域(44)をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- 前記回転面領域(44)が、前記プラットフォーム(60)のブレード間縁からエアロフォイル(50)の圧力面まで延在する、請求項9に記載のブレード。
- プラットフォーム面(62)が、エアロフォイル(50)の後縁(54、54’)に近い前記リング中心軸(A)に対する回転面領域(44)を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- それぞれのエアロフォイル(50)の間に位置する2つの隣接するブレード(10、10’)のプラットフォーム面(62)に隣接する部分がエアロフォイル間面を画定し、エアロフォイル間面の大部分が、前記吸引面および圧力面プロファイル(80、85)に基づいて線分を移動させることによって生成される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のブレードを少なくとも1つ含む少なくとも1つの羽根車を含む、ターボ機械。
