Abstract

Bebidas no alcoholicas que contienen leche son producidas por un proceso que comprende la obtencion de un primer componente de bebida que contiene leche y un emulsificante, la esterilizacion del primer componente de bebida a alta temperatura y el enfriamiento del mismo, la obtencion de un segundo componente de bebida que no contiene leche, la esterilizacion del segundo componente de bebida a una temperatura elevada y el enfriamiento del mismo, la obtencion de un componente de aroma del cual se ha removido microorganismos por filtracion y la mezcla del primer componente de bebida enfriado y del segundo componente de bebida enfriado con el componente de aroma en condiciones asepticas.
