Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtencion de pigmentos, pigmentos de cristal mixto y preparaciones de pigmento a base de quinacridonas lineales, no sustituidas o sustituidas, de la formula general (I): en donde los sustituyentes R1 Y R2 son iguales o diferentes y significan átomos de hidrogeno, de cloro, de bromo o de fluor, o grupos alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, alcoxi de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, carbonamido, que puede estar sustituidos con grupos alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono; o anillos de fenoxi o de arilo de 6 a 10 átomos de carbono, en los que pueden estar anillados otros anillos aromáticos, alifáticos o heterocíclicos; caracterizado porque se hidroliza la mezcla de reaccion resultante de la ciclizacion del ácido dianilinotereftálico con el ácido polifosforico o su éster, a una temperatura de por lo menos 110 degree C, con agua o con una solucion acuosa de ácido mineral; y a continuacion se aísla directamente el pigmento obtenido; o bien el prepigmento resultante, eventualmente después de añadir solventes orgánicos, se somete a un tratamiento de acabado y se aísla el pigmento; o bien el pigmento crudo de cristales grandes, resultante, es sometido a una reduccion a tamaño fino y a continuacion se aísla el pigmento; o bien el prepigmento obtenido mediante la reduccion a tamaño fino, eventualmente después de añadir solventes, es sometido a un tratamiento de acabado y se aísla el pigmento. Se obtiene pigmentos de quinacridona con propiedades impartidoras de color y reologicas sobresalientes.
