Abstract
Esta invención trata de nuevos compuestos de N-hidroxiurea y ácido hidroxámico. Los compuestos de la presente invención inhiben la acción de la enzima lipoxigenasa y son útiles en el tratamiento y el alivio de enfermedades inflamatorias, alérgicas y enfermedades cardiovasculares en mamíferos, especialmente los seres humanos.
