Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona a derivados de biarilo de la Fórmula 1, un método para preparar los mismos, una composición farmacéutica que comprende los mismos y sus usos. Los derivados de biarilo de la Fórmula 1 de acuerdo con la presente invención promueven la formación de GLP-1 en el tracto gastrointestinal y mejoran la resistencia a insulina en el hígado o en el músculo debido a la acción anti-inflamatoria en macrófagos, lipocitos, etc., y por siguiente se pueden utilizar efectivamente para prevenir o tratar diabetes, complicaciones de diabetes, obesidad, hígado graso no alcohólico, esteatohepatitis, osteoporosis o inflamación.
