Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a composiciones de policarbonato (PC) modificado al impacto retardantes de llama y composiciones de moldeo que tienen una combinación de propiedades de excelentes propiedades mecánicas, muy buena resistencia a la llama, alta estabilidad hidrolítica y alta resistencia a productos químicos (comportanmiento ESC), que comprenden: A) desde 60 a 95 partes en peso de policarbonato aromático y/o poliestercarbonato aromático, B) desde 1,0 a 15,0 partes en peso de polímero de injerto modificado con caucho, C) desde 1,0 a 20,0 partes en peso de al menos un fosfaceno cíclico de acuerdo con la formula (X) (ver Fórmula) en la que k representa 1 o un número entero desde 1 a 10, preferentemente un número desde 1 a 8, particularmente preferentemente desde 1 a 5, en la que el contenido de trímeros (k=1) es desde el 60 al 98 % en moles, basado en el componente C, y en la que R es en cada caso idéntico o diferente y representa un radical amino; alquilo C1 a C8, preferentemente metilo, etilo, propilo o butilo, cada uno opcionalmente halogenado, preferentemente halogenado con flúor; alcoxi C1 a C8, preferentemente metoxi, etoxi, propoxi o butoxi; cicloalquilo C5 a C6 cada uno opcionalmente sustituido con alquilo, preferentemente alquilo C1-C4,. y/o con halógeno, preferentemente cloro y/o bromo; ariloxi C6 a C20, preferentemente fenoxi, naftiloxi, cada uno opcionalmente sustituido con alquilo, preferentemente alquilo C1-C4, y/o con halógeno, preferentemente cloro, bromo, y/o con hidroxi; aralquilo C7 a C12, preferentemente fenil-alquilo C1-C4, cada uno opcionalmente sustituido con alquilo, preferentemente alquilo C1-C4, y/o con halógeno, preferentemente cloro y/o bromo; o un radical halógeno, preferentemente cloro; o un radical OH, D) desde 0 a 15,0 partes en peso de (co)polímero de vinilo exento de caucho o poli(tereftalato de alquileno), E) desde 0 a 15,0 partes en peso de aditivos, F) desde 0,05 a 5,0 partes en peso, preferentemente desde 0,1 a 2,0 partes en peso, particularmente preferentemente desde 0,1 a 1,0 parte en peso, de agentes antigoteo, en la que todas las partes en peso están normalizadas de tal modo que la suma de las partes en peso de todos los componentes A+B+C+D+E+F en la composición es 100. La presente solicitud se refiere adicionalmente al uso de las composiciones en la producción de artículos moldeados, y a artículos moldeados producidos a partir de las composiciones.
