Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a composiciones de policarbonato (PC) ignífugas y a compuestos de moldeo que tienen una resistencia al impacto modificada, buenas propiedades mecánicas, buena resistencia química y gran estabilidad a la hidrólisis, que comprenden: A) 60 - 95 partes en peso de policarbonato aromático y/o poli(éster de carbonato) aromático, B) 1,0 - 15,0 partes en peso de polímero de injerto modificado con caucho, C) 1,0 - 14,5 partes en peso de al menos un fosfaceno cíclico de fórmula (X): (ver Fórmula) donde k es 1 o un número entero de 1 a 10, preferentemente, un número de 1 a 8 y, de forma particularmente preferente, de 1 a 5, siendo el contenido en trímeros (k = 1) desde el 60 hasta el 98 % en moles, basado en el componente C, y donde R son en cada caso idénticos o diferentes y son un radical amino, alquilo de C1 a C8, en cada caso opcionalmente halogenados, preferentemente con flúor, preferentemente metilo, etilo, propilo o butilo, alcoxi de C1 a C8, preferentemente metoxi, etoxi, propoxi o butoxi, cicloalquilo de C5 a C6, opcionalmente sustituido en cada caso con alquilo, preferentemente alquilo C1-C4, y/o halógeno, preferentemente cloro y/o bromo, ariloxi de C6 a C20 en cada caso opcionalmente sustituido con alquilo, preferentemente alquilo C1-C4, y/o halógeno, preferentemente cloro o bromo, y/o hidroxilo, preferentemente fenoxi o naftiloxi, aralquilo de C7 a C12 en cada caso opcionalmente sustituido con alquilo, preferentemente alquilo C1-C4, y/o halógeno, preferentemente cloro y/o bromo, preferentemente fenilalquilo C1-C4, o un radical halógeno, preferentemente cloro, o un radical OH, D) O - 15,0 partes en peso de (co)polímero de vinilo sin caucho o poli(tereftalato de alquileno), E) 0 - 15,0 partes en peso de aditivos y F) de -0,05 a 5,00 partes en peso de agente antigoteo, estando todas las partes en peso preferentemente a escala, de modo que la suma de las partes en peso de todos los componentes A+B+C+D+E+F de la composición es 100. La presente solicitud de patente se refiere además al uso de las composiciones para la producción de artículos moldeados y a los artículos moldeados producidos a partir de las composiciones.
