Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a métodos para producir proteínas heterólogas. En particular, la presente divulgación provee métodos mejorados para producir proteínas deseadas, que incluyen proteínas con múltiples subunidades tal como anticuerpos, con un rendimiento mayor y pureza mejorada. En formas de realización ejemplificativas, las células transformadas son una levadura, por ejemplo, levadura metilotrófica tal como Pichia pastoris.
