Abstract
El objetivo de la presente invención es proporcionar un compuesto y una composición farmacéutica que tenga excelente actividad inhibitoria de Syk. De acuerdo a la presente invención, es proporcionado un derivado de nicotinamida representado por la siguiente fórmula (I) o una sal del mismo, (ver Fórmula) en donde R1 es un sustituyente representado por las siguientes fórmulas (II-1), (III-1), o (IV-1) (ver Fórmulas (en donde R3, R4, R5, n, y X1 tienen las mismas definiciones que aquellas descritas en la especificación), y R2 es un grupo piridilo, indazolilo, fenilo, pirazolopiridilo, bencisoxazolilo, pirimidinilo, o quinolilo, cada uno de los cuales opcionalmente tiene al menos un sustituyente.
