Abstract

Las modalidades de la presente invención proporcionan espumas de poliuretano viscoelásticas. Las espumas se elaboran del sistema de reacción que incluye (a) un componente reactivo de isocianato, (b) un componente de isocianato, (c) uno o más agentes de soplado, (d) un componente catalizador, y (e) un tensoactivo a base de silicón. El componente reactivo de isocianato incluye al menos (i) del 25 al 80% en peso de al menos un poliol de polioxipropileno/polioxietileno cubierto con polioxietileno que tiene un peso equivalente promedio de número combinado de 1300 a 1700, un porcentaje de polioxietileno de entre el 75% y el 95% en peso de las cantidades combinadas de polioxipropileno y polioxietileno, y un porcentaje OH primario de entre el 80 y el 95% del número total de grupos OH del poliol de polioxipropileno/polioxietileno cubierto con polioxietileno, y (ii) del 5 al 30% en peso del componente reactivo de isocianato de al menos un poliol de baja funcionalidad que tiene una funcionalidad de entre 1.5 y 2.5, un peso equivalente promedio de número combinado de 500 a 1500 y un número OH de 40 a 70.
