(iii)10〜30重量%の、1種またはそれ以上の、数平均当量重量が800〜2,000である高当量重量の酸化プロピレンが豊富な(POが豊富な)ポリオールのイソシアネート反応性成分および
(iv)10〜40重量%の、1種またはそれ以上の、スチレン−アクリロニトリルを含有する酸化プロピレン共重合体ポリオールのイソシアネート反応性成分
の少なくとも1つとを含むイソシアネート反応性成分と
を含む反応系。

有機ポリイソシアネートと、
イソシアネート反応性成分の10〜50重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の、合わせた数平均当量重量が200〜500である低当量重量の酸化プロピレンが豊富な(POが豊富な)ポリオールと、
イソシアネート反応性成分の45〜95重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の、合わせた数平均当量重量が200〜800であり、かつ酸化エチレン含有率がEOが豊富なポリオールの総質量の40%〜65重量%である酸化エチレン(EOが豊富な)ポリオールと、
イソシアネート反応性成分の10〜30重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の、数平均当量重量が800〜2,000である高当量重量のPOが豊富なポリオールおよび
イソシアネート反応性成分の10〜40重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の、スチレン−アクリロニトリルを含有する酸化プロピレン共重合体ポリオール
の少なくとも1つと
を含むイソシアネート反応性成分と、
水と、
触媒成分と
を含む反応成分を形成するステップと、
該反応成分を、粘弾性ポリウレタン発泡体を形成するのに充分な条件で組み合わせるステップと
を含む方法。
[12]前記1種またはそれ以上のEOが豊富なポリオールの酸化エチレン含有率が、前記EOが豊富なポリオールの総質量の30%〜75%である[11]に記載の方法。
[13]前記1種またはそれ以上のEOが豊富なポリオールの一級ヒドロキシル含有率が、50%未満である[11]または[12]に記載の方法。
[14]前記イソシアネート反応性成分が、さらに、
(v)1種またはそれ以上の、合わせた数平均当量重量が300〜800である酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレンモノオールのイソシアネート反応性成分を5〜10重量%含む[11]から[13]に記載の方法。
[15]前記イソシアネート反応性成分が、さらに、
(vi)鎖延長剤
を含む[11]から[14]に記載の方法。
[16]さらに、
(e)有機シリコーン系界面活性剤
を含む[11]から[15]に記載の方法。
[17]前記1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレンモノオールの官能度が、1と2との間であり、および合わせた数平均当量重量が400〜600である[14]から[16]に記載の方法。
[18]前記1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレンモノオールの酸化エチレン濃度が、前記モノオールの総質量の30〜70重量%の間である[14]から[17]に記載の方法。
[19]前記1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレンモノオールの酸化エチレン濃度が、前記モノオールの総質量の40〜60重量%の間である[14]から[18]に記載の方法。
Claims (17)
- 粘弾性ポリウレタン発泡体の製造のための反応組成物であって、
(a)有機ポリイソシアネートと、
(b)イソシアネート反応性成分であって、
(i)イソシアネート反応性成分の10〜45重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の低当量重量の酸化プロピレンが豊富な(POが豊富な)ポリオールであって、合わせた数平均当量重量が200〜500であり、酸化プロピレン含有率が前記低当量重量のPOが豊富なポリオールの総質量の少なくとも70重量%である、低当量重量のPOが豊富なポリオールと、
(ii)イソシアネート反応性成分の45〜80重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレンが豊富な(EOが豊富な)ポリオールであって、合わせた数平均当量重量が200〜800であり、酸化エチレン含有率が前記EOが豊富なポリオールの総質量の少なくとも45重量%かつ70重量%以下であり、一級ヒドロキシル含有率が少なくとも38%かつ50%未満である、EOが豊富なポリオールと、
(iii)イソシアネート反応性成分の10〜30重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の高当量重量の酸化プロピレンが豊富な(POが豊富な)ポリオールであって、合わせた数平均当量重量が800〜2,000であり、酸化プロピレン含有率が前記高当量重量のPOが豊富なポリオールの総質量の少なくとも70重量%である、高当量重量のPOが豊富なポリオール、および
(iv)イソシアネート反応性成分の10〜40重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の、スチレン−アクリロニトリルを含有する酸化プロピレン共重合体ポリオール
の少なくとも1つとを含むイソシアネート反応性成分と
を含む反応組成物。 - 前記1種またはそれ以上の、EOが豊富なポリオールの酸化エチレン含有率が、前記EOが豊富なポリオールの総質量の45〜60重量%である請求項1の反応組成物。
- 前記イソシアネート反応性成分が、さらに、
(v)イソシアネート反応性成分の5〜10重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレン共重合体モノオールであって、合わせた数平均当量重量が300〜800である酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレン共重合体モノオールを含む請求項1または2に記載の反応組成物。 - 前記イソシアネート反応性成分が、さらに、
(vi)鎖延長剤
を含む請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の反応組成物。 - さらに、
(c)水と、
(d)触媒成分と
を含む請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の反応組成物。 - さらに、
(e)有機シリコーン系界面活性剤
を含む請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の反応組成物。 - 前記1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレン共重合体モノオールの合わせた数平均当量重量が400〜600である請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の反応組成物。
- 前記1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレン共重合体モノオールの酸化エチレン濃度が、前記モノオールの総質量の30〜70重量%の間である請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の反応組成物。
- 前記1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレンが豊富な(EOが豊富な)ポリオールが、イソシアネート反応性成分の70〜80重量%を構成する請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の反応組成物。
- 粘弾性ポリウレタン発泡体を製造する方法であって、
有機ポリイソシアネートと、
イソシアネート反応性成分の10〜45重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の低当量重量の酸化プロピレンが豊富な(POが豊富な)ポリオールであって、合わせた数平均当量重量が200〜500であり、酸化プロピレン含有率が前記低当量重量のPOが豊富なポリオールの総質量の少なくとも70重量%である、低当量重量のPOが豊富なポリオールと、
イソシアネート反応性成分の45〜80重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレンが豊富な(EOが豊富な)ポリオールであって、合わせた数平均当量重量が200〜800であり、酸化エチレン含有率が前記EOが豊富なポリオールの総質量の少なくとも45重量%かつ70重量%以下であり、一級ヒドロキシル含有率が少なくとも38%かつ50%未満である、EOが豊富なポリオールと、
イソシアネート反応性成分の10〜30重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の高当量重量の酸化プロピレンが豊富な(POが豊富な)ポリオールであって、合わせた数平均当量重量が800〜2,000であり、酸化プロピレン含有率が前記高当量重量のPOが豊富なポリオールの総質量の少なくとも70重量%である、高当量重量のPOが豊富なポリオール、および
イソシアネート反応性成分の10〜40重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の、スチレン−アクリロニトリルを含有する酸化プロピレン共重合体ポリオール
の少なくとも1つと
を含むイソシアネート反応性成分と、
水と、
触媒成分と
を含む反応成分を形成するステップと、
該反応成分を混合して粘弾性ポリウレタン発泡体を形成するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記1種またはそれ以上のEOが豊富なポリオールの酸化エチレン含有率が、前記EOが豊富なポリオールの総質量の45〜60重量%である請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記イソシアネート反応性成分が、さらに、
(v)イソシアネート反応性成分の5〜10重量%を構成する、1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレン共重合体モノオールであって、合わせた数平均当量重量が300〜800である酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレン共重合体モノオールを含む請求項10または11に記載の方法。 - 前記イソシアネート反応性成分が、さらに、
(vi)鎖延長剤
を含む請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - さらに、
(e)有機シリコーン系界面活性剤
を含む請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレン共重合体モノオールの合わせた数平均当量重量が400〜600である請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレン共重合体モノオールの酸化エチレン濃度が、前記モノオールの総質量の30〜70重量%の間である請求項12から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1種またはそれ以上の酸化エチレン−酸化プロピレン共重合体モノオールの酸化エチレン濃度が、前記モノオールの総質量の40〜60重量%の間である請求項12から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
