Claims (7)
- (a) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트;
(b) (i) 200 내지 500의 혼합된 수 평균 당량 및 저당량 프로필렌 옥시드 풍부 (PO-풍부) 폴리올의 총 질량의 70 중량% 이상의 프로필렌 옥시드 함량을 갖는 하나 이상의 저당량 PO-풍부 폴리올인 이소시아네이트 반응성 성분 10 내지 35 중량%; 및
(ii) 200 내지 800의 혼합된 수 평균 당량 및 에틸렌 옥시드 (EO-풍부) 폴리올의 총 질량의 30 중량% 내지 75 중량%의 에틸렌 옥시드 함량을 갖는 하나 이상의 EO-풍부 폴리올인 이소시아네이트 반응성 성분 45 내지 70 중량%
를 포함하고,
(iii) 800 내지 2,000의 수 평균 당량 및 고당량 프로필렌 옥시드 풍부 (PO-풍부) 폴리올의 총 질량의 70 중량% 이상의 프로필렌 옥시드 함량을 갖는 하나 이상의 고당량 PO-풍부 폴리올인 이소시아네이트 반응성 성분 10 내지 30 중량%; 및
(iv) 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴을 함유하는 하나 이상의 프로필렌 옥시드 공중합체 폴리올인 이소시아네이트 반응성 성분 10 내지 35 중량%

이소시아네이트 반응성 성분의 10 내지 35 중량%를 구성하는, 200 내지 500의 혼합된 수 평균 당량 및 저당량 프로필렌 옥시드 풍부 (PO-풍부) 폴리올의 총 질량의 70 중량% 이상의 프로필렌 옥시드 함량을 갖는 하나 이상의 저당량 PO-풍부 폴리올; 및
이소시아네이트 반응성 성분의 45 내지 70 중량%를 구성하는, 200 내지 800의 혼합된 수 평균 당량 및 에틸렌 옥시드 (EO-풍부) 폴리올의 총 질량의 40 중량% 내지 65 중량%의 에틸렌 옥시드 함량을 갖는 하나 이상의 EO-풍부 폴리올
을 포함하고,
이소시아네이트 반응성 성분의 10 내지 30 중량%를 구성하는, 800 내지 2,000의 수 평균 당량 및 고당량 프로필렌 옥시드 풍부 (PO-풍부) 폴리올의 총 질량의 70 중량% 이상의 프로필렌 옥시드 함량을 갖는 하나 이상의 고당량 PO-풍부 폴리올; 및
이소시아네이트 반응성 성분의 10 내지 35 중량%를 구성하는, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴을 함유하는 하나 이상의 프로필렌 옥시드 공중합체 폴리올
중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 이소시아네이트 반응성 성분;
물; 및
촉매 성분
을 포함하는 반응 성분을 형성하는 단계; 및
반응 성분을 조합하여 점탄성 폴리우레탄 발포체를 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는, 점탄성 발포체의 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 반응성 성분이

이소시아네이트 반응성 성분의 45 중량% 이상 70 중량% 미만을 구성하는, 200 내지 800의 혼합된 수 평균 당량 및 에틸렌 옥시드 (EO-풍부) 폴리올의 총 질량의 40 중량% 내지 65 중량%의 에틸렌 옥시드 함량을 갖는 하나 이상의 EO-풍부 폴리올
을 포함하고,
