Abstract
Modalidades particulares de la presente invención incluyen una superficie de rodamiento de un neumático de múltiples etapas que comprende dos o más capas de desgaste que comprenden una capa de desgaste exterior y una o más capas de desgaste internas dispuestas en el grosor de la superficie de rodamiento debajo de la capa de desgaste exterior. Una o más ranuras exteriores dispuestas dentro de la capa de desgaste exterior, mientras una o más ranuras internas dispuestas dentro de al menos una de las una o más capas de desgaste internas. La superficie de rodamiento tiene además una relación de huecos volumétricos igual a aproximadamente 0.25 a 0.40 en la condición sin uso y aproximadamente 0.25 a 0.40 en condiciones desgastadas donde el lado externo, que acopla con el piso se dispone a lo largo de una de las capas de desgaste internas en la condición desgastada, la superficie de rodamiento además con una relación superficial de contacto igual a aproximadamente 0.66 a 0.72 en la condición sin uso y aproximadamente 0.56 a 0.66 en la condición desgastada.
