Abstract
Se da a conocer un ensamblaje del equipo para preparar, extraer y recolectar partículas. El ensamblaje comprende un sistema de filtros en tándem con uno o más filtros de alta presión, uno o más filtros de baja presión y uno o más recipientes de recolección. Las partículas se pueden preparar, extraer y recolectar de manera continua, de manera semicontinua o en una operación de tipo discontinuo. También se da a conocer un sistema de filtros en tándem y su método de uso. También se dan a conocer partículas hechas con el ensamblaje y de acuerdo con los presentes métodos. El ensamblaje proporciona la extracción y recolección mejoradas de partículas sobre otros sistemas y permite la formación continua de partículas, en particular por medio de la dispersión de un fluido de proceso que contiene soluto dentro de un anti-solvente supercrítico. La figura más representativa de la invención es la número 1.
