Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un polipéptido de variante de PS4 derivable de un polipéptido progenitor que tiene actividad de exoamilasa no maltogénica, en la cual el polipéptido de variante de PS4 comprende una sustitución de aminoácido en la posición 307 a lisina (K) o arginina (R), con referencia a la numeración de posición de una secuencia de exoamilasa de Pseudomonas saccharophilia mostrada como SEQ ID NO: 1; preferiblemente, el polipéptido de variante de PS4 además comprende una sustitución de aminoácido en la posición 70, preferiblemente G7OD; el aminoácido en las posiciones 272 y 303 de la secuencia son preferiblemente (H) y glicina (G).
