Abstract

 本発明は、アミノ末端1箇所で配向制御固定化された固定化タンパク質であって、 一般式 S1-R1-R2で表されるリジン及びシステイン残基を全く含まないアミノ酸配列[式中、配列は、アミノ末端側からカルボキシ末端側に向かう配列を示し、 S1部分の配列は存在しなくてもよく、存在する場合はリジン及びシステイン残基以外のアミノ酸残基により構成されるスペーサー配列であり; R1部分の配列は、固定化対象タンパク質の配列であり、リジン残基及びシステイン残基を含まないことを特徴とする配列であり; R2部分の配列は存在しなくてもよく、存在する場合はリジン及びシステイン残基以外のアミノ酸残基により構成されるスペーサー配列であることを特徴とする]を有するタンパク質に唯一存在するα-アミノ基を介してタンパク質のアミノ末端1箇所が固定化担体と結合していることを特徴とする固定化タンパク質を提供する。
