Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparacion de 1-(3 ó 4-fenoxifenil)pipereza de formula general I: (ver figura). en la cual R y R1 que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan cada uno un átomo de hidrógeno o de halógeno, un radical alquilo, alcoxi o alquiltio que tienen cada uno de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono, un radical nitro, amino, trifluormetilo, trifluormetiltio, trifluormetoxi, alcoxicarbonilo, en el cual el grupo alcoxi tiene de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono, o un radical dimetilsulfamoilo, asi como de sus sales de adición con ácidos minerales u orgánicos, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar una fenoxianilina de fórmula general II: (ver figura). en la cual R y R1 tiene los significados anteriormente, con una bis-beta-halogenoetil)amina de fórmula general III: en la cual X representa un átomo de halógeno y luego se alcalinisa el halogenhidrato así formado, y si se desea, se tratan los derivados de fórmula I así obtenidos con ácidos adecuados para obtener las sales de adición ácidas correspondientes.
