Abstract
Un procedimiento para producir un compuesto de formula (I) en la que R1 y R2 representan independientemente grupos protectores de N; y R3 representa ungrupo alquilo C1-6 sustituido por:(i) un grupo heterocíclico saturado que contiene nitrogeno de 5 o 6 eslabones, que a su vez, puede estar sustituido conalquilo C1-6 o un anillo de pirimidina que está sustituido con alcoxi C1-6; o (ii) di(alquil C1-6) amino; que comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto deformula II en la que Hal representa Cl, Br, o I; y R2 y R3 son como se ha definido anteriormente; con un compuesto de la formula III, en la que R1 escomo se ha definido anteriormente; en preencia de una base fuerte y un catalizador de paladio (0) a una temperatura elevada, en un disolvente que noafecte de forma adversa a la reaccion. Los compuestos de formula (I) pueden tratarse adicionalmente formando compuestos de formula V, que son utiles en eltratamiento de, inter alia, la migrana.
