Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para inhibir la formación de incrustación en sistemas acuosos con lo cual una cantidad límite de un agente de inhibición de incrustación, representado por un ácido alquilfosfónico aminoácido, se añade al sistema acuoso; la porción aminoácido se puede representar por a-especies o por especies que tienen, al menos, dos o más átomos de carbono entre la porción carboxílica y el grupo amina; estos inhibidores basados en aminoácido exhiben desempeño superior y aceptabilidad del sistema inusuales en comparación a lo que lleva a los inhibidores del estado de la técnica. Un método para tratar agua para inhibir la formación de incrustación, tal como una incrustación de bario, el método caracterizado porque comprende agregar una cantidad umbral de un agente inhibidor de incrustación seleccionado del grupo: i. ácidos alquilfosfónicos aminoácidos que tiene la fórmula A1-(B)x, en donde A1 tiene la fórmula HOOC-A-NH2, en donde A es independientemente seleccionado de cadenas de hidrocarburo lineales, ramificadas, cíclicas o aromáticas de C2-C20, opcionalmente sustituido con grupos de hidrocarburo lineales, ramificados, cíclicos o aromáticos de C1-C12, opcionalmente sustituido con porciones de OH, COOH y/o NH2, y B es una porción de ácido alquilfosfónico que tiene de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono en el grupo alquilo y x es un número entero de 1 a 10; y ii.ácidos alquilfosfónicos aminoácidos que tienen la fórmula de A2-By, en donde A2 tiene la fórmula HOOC-C(NH2) (R) (R1) , en donde R y R´ son independientes seleccionados de cadenas de hidrocarburo lineales, ramificadas, cíclicas o aromáticas de C1-C20, opcionalmente sustituidas con NH2 y/o COOH lineal, ramificado, cíclico o aromático de C1-C12, y una de R o R´ puede ser hidrógeno; siempre y cuando se excluyan: compuestos en donde R y/o R´son porciones ricas en electrones que contienen por lo menos un solo par de electrones cuya porción está directamente unida a una porción aromática por medio de un enlace covalente, o aromáticos en donde al menos uno de los átomos de carbono es sustituido con un heteroátomo; y compuestos, en el caso de que R sea -C(X)(R")(R") y R´y R" y R" sean hidrógeno en donde X es un grupo de separación de electrones seleccionado de NO2 CN, COOH, SO3H, OH y halógeno con la condición de que se excluyen compuestos en donde R y R´, son ambos hidrógeno; y con la condición adicional de que cuando A2 es L-lisina, al menos un radical amino L-lisina porta 2 (dos) porciones de ácido fosfónico alquilo; y A2 es ácido L-glutámico, el término fosfonato ácido glutámico representa una combinación de 50-90% en peso de ácido fosfónico N-metileno ácido carboxílico pirrolidona y de 10-50% en peso de ácido difosfónico ácido L-glutámico, expresado en la base de los productos de reacción; y B es una porción de ácido alquilfosfónico que tiene de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono en el grupo alquilo e y es un número entero en el intervalo de 1 a 10.
