Abstract
An anti-corrosive agent for boilers, which includes therein diethanolamine, may additionally include a deoxidizer such as hydrazine, 1-aminopyrrolidine, N, N-diethylhydroxylamine, ascorbic acid and a salt thereof, and another anti-corrosive agent that includes therein a neutralizing amine, is added to mainly boiler water that is accompanied with a superheater and a steam turbine. In boilers, the anti-corrosive agent keeps efficiently the pH of boiler water and allows not only the inside of a boiler can but also entire boiler system including condensate and feed water to be protected against corrosion, while phosphate is not added more than a predetermined concentration and a N a/P04 mole ratio is not increased higher than 3.0.
